The design team is working out all the nitty gritty details with all the special plumbing requirements and we should have completed construction documents shortly!

We are happy to announce that City Council approved our Design Agreement with Parkhill, Smith & Cooper, Inc. on July 23rd. We also are in contract negotiations with a General Contractor for a Construction Manager at Risk Pre-Construction agreement.

We have advertised and interviewed General Contractors for a Construction Manager At Risk. Contract negotiations are underway.

We are anxiously awaiting the approval of the City Council of the design team to start surfing along.
