Monthly Project Update

The Hickory Creek Road Phase 3 Project's bridge abutments are in the settlement phase of the construction. The bridge abutments (or approaches) require a settlement time before they can be built on to ensure that they do not settle after the road is completed. The ONCOR distribution line relocation is scheduled for completion in May and City staff is continuing coordination with the contractor to address any concerns with the temporary pavement section of the existing Hilltop Road. Please remember to observe all construction warning signs and detour routes as the project progress toward the Q2 2025 estimated completion date.
