Southeast Denton Package B - Work is progressing steadily on Southeast Denton Package B as there are three main operations currently ongoing throughout the SED-B construction limits.

Utility crews continue the installation of domestic water and sanitary sewer lines from W Highland St (S Elm St to Carroll Blvd), Pierce St (Stroud St to W Prairie St), Austin St, W Mulberry St (Austin to Industrial), W Mulberry St (Industrial St to Bell St), and W Prairie St ( Bell to DCTA Rail).

Earthwork crews are preparing the roadways for asphalt paving along Maple St (Carroll Blvd to S Elm St), Myrtle St (Eagle Dr to Maple), Myrtle St (Maple to W Highland), E Mulberry St (Crawford St to Wood St), W Mulberry (Austin to Industrial St).

Concrete crews continue flatwork for new sidewalks, curb and gutter, and pavement along Maple St (Carroll Blvd to S Elm St), Myrtle St (Maple to Eagle Dr).

Southeast Denton Package A - Paving and subgrade treatment have begun on the final section of Mill St. Crews will begin with curb and gutter and sidewalk work the week of 7/17. Final paving of Mill st should be complete mid-late August pending weather.

Southeast Denton Package A - Utility crews will be completing water installation on Mill St in May. Paving is complete on Johnson, Industrial and Wye. Paving to begin on Mill St. first of June. Project on schedule to be complete Aug 2023.

The earthwork crews have mobilized to Smith St (Dallas Dr to Johnson St) to prepare the area for asphalt paving in the coming weeks and the flatwork concrete crew has mobilized to E Prairie St (Lakey St to S Bradshaw St) and Wainwright St (E Highland St to E Prairie St) to start work on sidewalks, curb and gutter, and pavement.
