The WaterWise Yard of the Month Program is to highlight residents that go above and beyond with water smart landscapes.
We want to celebrate outstanding community members that prioritize water conservation in their yards or outdoor spaces. If you have a beautiful, drought-tolerant landscape that showcases innovation water-saving techniques, we want to see it! Share your creative, eco-friendly yards with our community and inspire other to adopt sustainable practices. Each month, we highlight a yard that exemplifies these values, recognizing the dedication and creativity of our participants. Let's work together to create vibrant, resilient, and environmentally friendly outdoor spaces. Join us in promoting WaterWise landscaping and make a positive impact on our community.
How to nominate:
Denton residents can nominate any yard within city limits, including their own. Submit your nomination today!
Winners:
Winners will receive a WaterWise yard sign, certificate, and be featured on the WaterWise Discuss Denton page.If picked as Yard of the Month you will be notified within the first week of the month and will be able to pick up your yard sign and certificate.
