What does the evaluation include?
A meter check for leaks, a zone by zone check of your irrigation system, an irrigation controller program update to the Twice-A-Week schedule, a report of your system, rebate application links, and informational pamphlets.
Do I need to be home for the evaluation?
Yes, if no one is home during your scheduled time your appointment will be cancelled, and you will need to reschedule.
Will I get a reminder for my appointment?
Yes, you will be given a call prior to your appointment. Notice can vary from the day before to 30 minutes before your appointment.
What if I don't have an irrigation system but I want to apply for a rebate?
You will still need to apply for an evaluation please just make a note in your application that you have no irrigation system present and what rebate you would like to apply for.
