Project Status 9/2022

Utilities are cleared, real estate is acquired, permits are in place. Next stop for the Mayhill DCTA (aka Mayhill Phase 2) Project is to finalize the Plans, Specifications, and estimates to begin to advertise the project in October for construction bids. Bids will be reviewed and processed with a recommendation provided to City Council to award the project. The project is expected to take 18 months for construction and the start of construction is projected to start February/March 2023.
