IMPORTANT - TRAFFIC IMPACTING ACTVITIES FOR KATY TRAIL

IMPORTANT UPDATE TO KATY TRAIL USERS (PEDESTRIANS AND BICYCLISTS)

PLEASE ANTICIPATE INTERMITTENT SIDEWALK CLOSURES ALONG THE KATY TRAIL BETWEEN EDWARDS AND THE MAYHILL DCTA. The contractor will be required to close the trail, as needed, when there are construction activities close to the trail. Some closures will be momentarily to allow equipment/material activities, others closures may last hours. There will be no formal detour because the closures will typically be short during the days or late during evenings and overnight. There will be signs posted providing details and directions. The construction activities that could impact the Katy Trail will begin around August 21, 2023, and end around November 30, 2023.
