Project Status Update 7/2023

July marks the month to celebrate Independence and Mayhill Phase 2 is definitely operating independently of all boundaries. There are no limits to the work getting done below ground, above ground, and all around. The future regional detention pond has been excavated and you can see its footprint, the underground storm sewer for the road and pond are also being installed. If you've been by the area, what's more noticeable is the embankment for the new road as well as all the concrete piers that are rising aboveground. As you drive by this project and the numerous other construction zones - remember the folks doing the work have been enduring unbearable heat. Give them a smile or nod or kind wave in appreciation of their hard work!
