Project Update

Utility work is currently ongoing on Wellington Dr, Churchill Cir, Churchill Dr, Jamestown Lane & Maid Marion Place with Old Orchard shortly following.

Street reconstruction and placement of the base layer of asphalt is currently underway on Chaparral Ct & Pickwick Ln & Mill Pond Rd with the top layer of asphalt shortly following. Street reconstruction will begin on Wellington Dr, Churchill Cir and Churchill Dr. in the coming weeks.

Anticipate crews in the area with changing traffic patterns.
