October Construction Update

Denton Neighborhood 7A: Underwood operations have been completed with the installation of the ribbon curb and placement of new asphalt. Earthwork crews have started subgrade preparations and have begun placing flex base on Bernard St. Simultaneously, flatwork concrete crews have commenced the curb and gutter on Bernard. Meanwhile, utility crews are finishing up the sanitary sewer install on Leslie St. and are preparing to tie in the new water line on Bernard St. Once Bernard St work is complete, utility crews will move to Oakwood Dr and begin underground utilities.
