Virtual Community Meeting Notice

Neighborhood 7A Preconstruction

Thursday, Feb. 23, 2023 | 6 p.m.

This project will include upgrades to water and wastewater utilities, sidewalk connectivity and roadway reconstruction. Some of the streets include Bernard, Oakwood, Leslie, Wisteria, Camellia, Azalea, and Underwood.

The City will host the virtual community meeting to provide residents and property owners the opportunity to:

  • Receive an overview of the Neighborhood 7A CIP;
  • Receive an update on project scope, timeline, and expected impacts during construction
  • Introduce the City’s contractor and design firm
  • Field questions from community members

Staff from the City of Denton and the City’s Contractor McCarthy Building Companies, Inc., and Engineering firm, Teague, Nall & Perkins, Inc., will be available to discuss the project and answer questions from those participating in the virtual meeting.
