Update 10/24/25

  • Northridge Street: Hinkle Dr. to Bolivar St. – Sanitary sewer (SS) Line C and D underway with Line E to finish. Hinkle to Mesquite ready for lime, scheduled for Monday 10/27.
  • Sunnydale Lane: Kings Row to Sun Valley Dr. – HMA first lift complete and curb and gutter underway with driveways and sidewalk to follow.
  • Yellowstone Place: Hercules Lane to Juno Ln – HMA complete. Lead walk for 3901 placed. Sod tentative week 11/3.
  • Sheraton Road: Imperial Dr. to Sun Valley Dr. – SS main completing by mid next week with removals to follow.
  • Pershing Drive: Atlas Dr. to Stuart Rd. – SS main construction underway. Excavation in rock. Water main to follow in the coming weeks.
  • Apollo Drive: Selene Dr. to Redstone Rd. – SS underway. Water line to follow in the coming weeks.
  • Huntington Dr: Sun Valley to Hercules Ln. – Traffic Control and saw cut complete. Crew will mobilize from Sheraton.
  • Titan Trail – Crew remobilized this week for SS.
  • Huisache Street: Aspen Dr. to Yucca Dr. – Cleaning the street, preparing for sod, stripe and punch walk. Sod tentatively week of 11/3.
  • Cactus Circle: Yucca Dr. to Cul-de-sac – Cleaning street, preparing for sod, stripe and punch walk. Sod tentatively week of 11/3.
  • Camelot Street: Hercules Ln. to Stuart Rd – Roadway work complete. Sod tentatively week of 11/3. No current presence on the road.
  • Juno Lane: Atlas Dr. to Stuart Rd – Roadway complete. Sod tentatively week of 11/3. No current presence on the road
  • Redstone Road: Hercules Ln. End – SS delayed for Atmos gas line conflicts. Sundt demobilizing this week 8/20.

Updated 10-01-25

  • Cactus Circle: Yucca Dr. to Cul-de-sac – Concrete works complete. HMA finish lift tentatively scheduled this week.
  • Huisache Street: Aspen Dr. to Yucca Dr. – Flatwork complete. Curb and gutter for Aspen placed. HMA finish lift tentatively scheduled this week.
  • Northridge Street: Hinkle Dr. to Bolivar St. – Sanitary sewer (SS) Line A (Mesquite to Hinkle) continued. Line B (Mesquite to Carroll) complete. Roadway work for Hinkle to Mesquite tentatively 10/15.
  • Sunnydale Lane: Kings Row to Sun Valley Dr. – South half of street lime treated. North half getting 1st mix of lime tomorrow. HMA to follow.
  • Yellowstone Place: Hercules Lane to Juno Ln. – Curb & gutter commenced. Driveways and lead walks to follow.
  • Sheraton Road: Imperial Dr. to Sun Valley Dr. – SS main continued. Tentative completion 10/24 with removals to follow.
  • Pershing Drive: Atlas Dr. to Stuart Rd. – SS main construction underway. Excavation in rock. Water main to follow.
  • Apollo Drive: Selene Dr. to Redstone Rd. – Road saw cut and potholing of utilities commenced. SS to start next week.
  • Titan Trail – Utilities potholed. Crew will mobilize in the next couple weeks.
  • Camelot Street: Hercules Ln. to Stuart Rd – Roadway work complete. Awaiting favorable weather to place sod. No current presence on the road.
  • Juno Lane: Atlas Dr. to Stuart Rd – Roadway complete. Striping and Sod to follow. No current presence on the road
  • Redstone Road: Hercules Ln. End – SS delayed for Atmos gas line conflicts. Sundt demobilized 8/20.
