Share I’m a resident in The Reserve at Creekside neighborhood on Ryan road. My wife and I are on the HOA beautification committee in charge of design and maintenance to HOA area landscaping. It was brought to our attention that the upcoming Ryan road project may encroach on the neighborhood landscape beds, are there project drawings available showing the impact on the existing installation? If so would it be possible to get a section rendering along The Reserve at Creekside neighborhood? This would be very helpful as we develop plans and our budget going forward. Pete S asked about 1 month agoHello,
Thank you for the question. The project area near the Creekside Neighborhood does have plans to acquire necessary ROW from Creekside HOA. If you are requesting Project plans you must submit an open records request. You can also contract the Project Manager to discuss in further detail.
Thanks,

Share Good morning! I am the property owner of 803 LEISURE LANE ADDITION BLK A LOT 1 and 803 LEISURE LANE ADDITION BLK A LOT 2. These properties currently do not have any structures and they share a property line, so they appear as one open lot. Currently we have one driveway which will be modified during the Ryan Road project. We were wondering if we could have a second driveway added as part of the Ryan Road project since there are two properties. In addition, we have a fence around the property currently which will have to be partially removed during the road expansion. What is the plan to replace that portion of fence once it is removed?
