August Construction Update

Southeast Denton Package A - Completion of sidewalk install and final paving of Mill st should be complete late August pending weather.

Southeast Denton Package B - Work is progressing steadily in Southeast Denton Package B as utility crews continue to install domestic water and sanitary sewer lines from S Bradshaw St (E Prairie St to E Sycamore St), Industrial St (S Bell Ave to E Mulberry St) Myrtle St (Fort Worth Dr to Maple St), Maple St (Carroll Blvd to S Elm St) and E Sycamore St (Bradshaw St to Crawford St). The earthwork crew continues preparing the roadways along Smith St (Dallas Dr to Johnson St and Dallas Dr to Hills St), Wainwright St (E Prairie St to E Sycamore), S Bradshaw (E prairie St to Wilson St) and E Prairie St (Lakey St to S Bradshaw St) for asphalt paving. Concrete crews continue the flatwork along Smith St (Dallas Dr to Johnson St and Dallas Dr to Hills St), Prairie (Lakey St to Avenue S), Wainwright St (E Prairie St to E Sycamore) for new sidewalks, curb and gutter, and pavement.
