This project consists of water and wastewater improvements along with street reconstruction of multiple street sections. The segments included North Wood from Paisley to McKinney, Hettie from Paisley to McKinney, Rose from Paisley to Uland, Uland from Rose to Railraod Ave., McKinney from Crawford to Audra, South Wood from McKinney to Sycamore, Bradshaw from McKinney to East Hickory, East Oak from Bradshaw to South Wood, and East Hickory from Exposition to South Ruddell.
