Phase 1 December Update

Whew that went fast! We have 99% of the east and westbound paving installed, and all north and southbound concrete paving as well. The contractor is currently working on installing the streetlights throughout the project. Once these are installed, we will be making preparations to hopefully open an east and westbound lane by the end of the month. Although we will not be complete with the project, our goal is to allow local traffic to begin utilizing the improvements for access and convenience.
