The Bonnie Brae Project is a multi-phase project. Phases 1 and 2 are currently in the Construction phase. Phase 3 is in the Advertise, Bid and Award phase. Phase 4A is Complete. Phases 4B, 5 and 6 are in the Planning and Design phase.
