2019 Bond Neighborhood 1A

This project consists of full depth reconstruction of 21 street segments within the NBHD-1A project area. This includes road reconstruction with subgrade stabilization, asphalt paving, concrete curb and gutter, and driveway replacements (limited to driveways that are within the existing right-of-way). The project will adhere to a holistic approach aimed at limiting future construction disruptions by replacing other aging public infrastructure within the limits of the project area. This includes limited sidewalk improvements, and street lighting. Following is a summary of key scope items:

Street Reconstruction – Approx. 8,000 linear feet
Stormwater Infrastructure Replacement – Serious Stormwater Infrastructure deficiencies will be addressed during design development
Sidewalks – Limited improvements as determined during design development

Streetlights – Limited improvements as determined by lighting study

The street segments include Meadow Lane Place, Meadow Lane, Plum Hollow Street, Tanglewood Street, Pheasant Hollow Street, Willow Stone Street, Pear Tree Place, Windbrook St., and Windbrook Court.

Construction will start May 30, 2023 for the Neighborhood 1A Project.

2019 Street Bond Neighborhood 1A project is on schedule to go to City Council on 2/21/23 to award the project to the Construction Contractor. Once approved, the construction schedule can be finalized including the start and finish date.
