October 2025 Construction Update - 2

Work Packages 2 and 3 are in construction with anticipated completion Q4 2026.

Streets with active construction:

Utilities:

• Normal (W. Oak / Scripture) – Services and hydrant to be installed followed by chlorination and pressure testing.
• Ponder (W. Oak / Panhandle) – Chlorination testing followed by tie-ins.
• Alice (Panhandle / Crescent) – Continue installation of sewer lines.
• Parkway (Denton / Carroll) – Boring operations to begin.

Electrical:

• Aileen (Panhandle / Cordell) – Light conduit and boxes continued.
• Carlton (Aileen / Gober) – Light conduit and boxes to begin.

Earthwork/Flatwork:

• Amarillo (Haynes / Congress E) – Continue grading and excavating with mixing operations to follow.
• Avenue G (Prairie / Louise) – Pending asphalt infill.
• Carlton (Aileen / Gober) – Pending striping and signage.
• Cordell (Crescent / Fulton) – Continuing curb, gutter, and driveways followed by backfill and sod.
• Denton St. (Hickory / Congress E) – Continue curb, gutter, driveways, and miscellaneous concrete work.
• Emery & Fulton - Lime operations followed by 1st lift of asphalt.
• Mounts (Haynes / Congress E) – Curb and gutter to begin.
• Ponder (Scripture / Grace Temple) – Water service and ATMOS delay.
• Scripture (Jagoe / Ponder) – ATMOS re-design.
• Sunset (University / Carroll) – Open to traffic.
• Welch (Highland / Prairie) – Curb, gutter, driveways, and miscellaneous concrete work to resume.
• Welch (Mulberry / Hickory) – Continue mixing and grading operations followed by 1st lift of asphalt.
