October 2025 Construction Update - 3

Work Packages 2 and 3 are in construction with anticipated completion Q4 2026.

Streets with active construction:

Utilities:

• Normal (W. Oak / Scripture) – Chlorination and pressure testing is ongoing.
• Ponder (W. Oak / Panhandle) – Chlorination testing passed and tie-ins rescheduled.
• Alice (Panhandle / Crescent) – Continue installation of sewer lines.
• Parkway (Denton / Carroll) – Continue sewer line with boring scheduled.

Electrical:

• Aileen (Panhandle / Cordell) – Light conduit and boxes continued.

Earthwork/Flatwork:

• Amarillo (Congress / Haynes) - Continue curb, gutter, driveways, and miscellaneous concrete work.
• Cordell (Crescent / Fulton) – Final lift of asphalt scheduled followed by striping and signage.
• Denton St. (Hickory / Congress E) – Continue curb, gutter, driveways, and miscellaneous concrete work.
• Denton at Oak – ATMOS delay
• Egan (West) – Curb and gutter to begin.
• Mounts (Haynes / Congress E) – Continue curb, gutter, driveways, and miscellaneous concrete work.
• Ponder (Scripture / Grace Temple) – Lime remix and final grading followed by 1st lift of asphalt, curb and gutter.
• Scripture (Jagoe / Ponder) – ATMOS re-design.
• Sunset (University / Alice) – Parking lot work to begin
• Welch (Highland / Prairie) – Curb, gutter, driveways, and miscellaneous concrete work followed by backfill and sod.
• Welch (Mulberry / Hickory) – Continue curb, gutter, driveways, and miscellaneous concrete work.
