September 2025 Construction Update - 2

Work Packages 2 and 3 are in construction with anticipated completion Q4 2026.

Streets with active construction:

Utilities:

• Amarillo (Haynes / Congress E) – Pressure test complete with chlorination and tie-in schedule.
• Egan (Carroll / Bolivar) – Pressure test complete with chlorination and tie-in schedule.
• Normal (W. Oak / Scripture) – Started water main and lateral.
• Ponder (W. Oak / Panhandle) – Continue laterals.
• Alice (Panhandle / Crescent) – Boring operations to being with sewer installation to follow.

Electrical:

• Aileen (Panhandle / Cordell) – Light conduit and boxes continued.
• Carlton (Aileen / Gober) – Light conduit and boxes to begin.
• Welch (Prairie) – Installation of signal conduit to begin.
• Welch (Chestnut) – Installation of signal conduit to begin.
• Union Circle – Reprogramming signals.

Earthwork/Flatwork:

• Aileen (Panhandle / Cordell) – Complete.
• Avenue G (Prairie / Louise) – Pending asphalt infill.
• Carlton (Aileen / Gober) – Continuing placement of curb, gutter, and driveways.
• Congress E (Ponder / Denton) – Backfill and sod.
• Congress E (Denton / Carroll) – Started curb, gutter, and driveways.
• Cordell (Crescent / Fulton) – Curb, gutter, and driveways have started.
• Cordell (Fulton / Alice) - Demo and removals have started with grading and excavation to follow.
• Crescent (Aileen / Malone) – Backfilling and sod.
• Denton St. (Hickory / Congress E) – First lift of asphalt scheduled.
• Egan (West) - Demo and removals started with grading and excavation to follow.
• Mounts (Haynes / Congress E) – First lift of asphalt started.
• Mulberry (Welch / Bernard N) – Pending asphalt infill.
• Ponder (Panhandle / W. Oak) – ATMOS work.
