The project has now entered the pre-bid/Bid phase. This step is crucial in the project development. It marks the transition from planning to the possibility of execution, where City approved potential contractors of service providers get the opportunity to propose their plans and costs to be evaluated for selection.

The completion of design plans and the uploading of Seal, Project Manual, and Bid Quantity information to the City of Denton's Solicitation Review Committee (SRC) marks a significant milestone in the project development process. This action facilitates the advertisement phase, allowing contractors to submit bids for the upcoming work. It is an essential phase in the sequence of steps leading to the official commencement of construction, ensuring that all necessary pre-construction requirements and reviews are met in accordance with the city's established guidelines.

Progressing steadily, 90% of the design plans have been produced and are slated for Internal review. This review process will make sure the design meets the required standards and specifications before Final plans are produced.
