Robinwood Reconstruction

This project consists of a full-depth road reconstruction of the following street segments:

Robinwood Ln
Clover Ln
Live Oak St
Shadywood St
Mistywood Ln

This includes subgrade stabilization, asphalt paving, concrete curb and gutter, and (Driveway replacement if necessary). The project will adhere to a holistic approach aimed at replacing the roadway from the Internal and Franchise Utility upgrades.

City staff is actively coordinating with the Contractor to address these issues as quickly as possible. We have instructed the Contractors to prioritize repairs first thing in the morning, including assessing drainage at Mistywood to help alleviate the problems. Thank you for reaching out. Work has momentarily stopped on Robinwood to swap materials to cement stabilization on the subgrade as opposed to lime stabilization due to the subgrade material being more sandy in nature.

Hello Jessup,
Thank you for your question. Your address is part of the second phase of the project. Once the contractor removes your driveway, they will install a temporary driveway to ensure continued access to your home during construction.

Depending on what area of Robinwood you live it varies. The project will be comprised of 3 phases with different routes and points of entry. Feel free to email the Project manager so a more detailed answer can be given.
