2020 Street Bundle II - Southwest Sector

The 2020 Street Reconstruction Bundle: Southwest Sector Project is a part of a multi-phase street reconstruction project to rebuild existing streets that have reached the end of their useful life. The Southwest Sector phase includes the street reconstruction of N. Texas Boulevard, Chestnut Street from Welch Street to Bernard Street; and Welch Street from Collins Street to Fannin Street (view map below). The street reconstruction will include new curb and gutter, asphalt roadways as well as upgraded water and wastewater facilities.

The Southwest Sector phase includes the street reconstruction of N. Texas Boulevard, Chestnut Street from Welch Street to Bernard Street; and Welch Street from Collins Street to Fannin Street (view map below). The street reconstruction will include new curb and gutter, asphalt roadways as well as upgraded water and wastewater facilities.

Project phase timelines include the year range of a project life cycle including at least four phases of construction: planning, design, advertise, bid and award, and construction.
Estimate project timelines may change due to weather, contractor scheduling, among other factors and will be updated as needed.
