    On March 10, 2025, the City of Denton issued a full Notice to Proceed to Tiseo Paving Company to be able to fully mobilize into the project limits. Tiseo will begin by concentrating on Riney Road from Bonnie Brae to Hardaway Road.

    City Staff issued a Partial Notice to Proceed (NTP) to Tiseo Paving Company on February 10, 2025. The Partial NTP allows the Contractor to order material needed for the project which may have large lead time to get from factory to project site. The Partial NTP also allows for the Contractor to complete some work tasks agreed to between the City and the Contractor.

    The City of Denton Internal Engineering team has completed the 30% design phase of the project. This design is currently under review by both internal and external stakeholders.
